As a starter, we have the traditional Bolo do Caco with garlic butter, which may be accompanied by grilled limpets. To drink, nothing better than a glass of Madeira wine. The meal to be unforgettable, is accompanied by traditional Madeiran Folklore “The Bailinho of Madeira” and Fado, Humanity Intangible Heritage since 2011.
